Hello Cedarville Music Students!!

I hope everyone is healthy and enjoying some special time at home with your families!  I know music plays a huge role in all of our lives and it is fun to sing along to songs we know and love!

I put together some of our favorite songs in these playlists for your grade level and all you have to do is click on the links below and then you can sing along with our songs!  Some new songs have also been added and feel free to go to other grade levels as well. The Essential Elements Music Class Interactive is allowing us to use these playlists for free for a few weeks so enjoy and maybe teach these songs to your families!!

Cedarville Physical Education Classes-Out of Class Activities!

Hello Physical Education Students!   It’s Mr. Williams and I’m here via email until we return to school and our regular Physical Education classes.  So with Spring beginning on Thursday, March 19, I’m challenging all of you to show me your Springtime physical education activities!  Whatever you enjoy doing in the great outdoors (or even the great indoors on rainy days) send me pictures of the activities or briefly tell me what you’re enjoying.  Maybe you’re taking a bike ride or going for a run or walk with your family or a pet. Perhaps you’re helping plant flowers, a garden, or even a tree (Arbor Day is April 24) or helping to clean up your yard.  Or maybe you’re playing games with friends, doing exercises to stay in shape, throwing a Frisbee or even going fishing (my personal favorite)…whatever physical activities you’re doing, I want to hear about them or see them!  Of course, ALL the activities have to be safe ones and parent approved!!

My CHALLENGE to YOU is to be physically active for at least 60 MINUTES a day.  My email is twilliams@ccliff.net and all you have to do is send me ONE picture OR a BRIEF description of an activity you participated in during each week!  For example-you could email me a brief message saying, “Hey Mr. Williams, I rode my bicycle for 30 minutes today!”  Or you could send me a picture of yourself while you were taking a hike or going for a run. The most important thing is to stay safe, active, and HEALTHY!

Thanks so much and I can’t wait to see and read about all the amazing and fun things you will be doing until we are back in class!

Sincerely,

Mr. Williams
